There is a growing awareness of the impact of mental health issues, and of the importance of talking about how we are feeling. There is also more recognition of the importance of highlighting and celebrating normal, healthy bodies.
The London Centre is pleased to be a part of this movement - trying to challenge stigma around mental health and trying to challenge the distorted perceptions of body image which are often portrayed on social media.
