There are lots of resources out there if you would like to understand your eating disorder better, or if you would like to make changes (by yourself or alongside therapy).

What approach works varies person to person, but we have included a range of books below, including a CBT approach, a dialectical behaviour therapy approach, and a compassion focussed approach. We have also included some links to some helpful resources:
